Flight

Friday the 14th of September has been the big day. I started my trip into the unknown. I flew from Frankfurt, Germany to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was a long flight but: I got vegan food on the plane and it was even tasty. And I flew above Iceland!! The ones who know me know that I love this country and I really want to go there once. Flying above it felt quite unreal. You are so far away from everything..
I was so exited and soo looking forward to beginning this adventure but then, at the entry in Calgary, there was the big shock: My entry was denied and I had to go back to Germany on the next available flight! There was nothing I could do about it.. So I had to organize a place to stay until tuesday. In the middle of the night in a foreign city in a foreign country on a foreign continent...
