Imagine if we were all transparent.
If we were so open and authentic that others could fully understand us.
That's a very vulnerable situation because they know our weakest points but I believe that nobody would dare to attack someone he really understands. I believe if we all knew everything about the others, we would love them with all our hearts. Unconditionally. Because underneath the actions, underneath the behavior, underneath the fear, there is this precious soul that does not want harm for anyone or anything. It is pure love. And that is the essence, the nature of all of us.
All the anger, all the jealousy, all the (unhealthy) egoism, the cruelty, the exploitation, all of that, I believe, comes from fear and is not who we really are.
I don't think that fear is something to blame others for. The fear is part of us, and it is so important to look at it and acknowledge it. So that we can accept it and choose to love our fear just as the joy because it is useful and valuable. But if we don't look at the fear we turn it against others and that is were the things begin we call evil, negative or bad. It's about owning our fear, taking responsibility and working through it. Instead of denying it. So that we can face our fears with love and keep acting out of love.
Imagine we always knew the real reason for why people (and animals) did this or that. I think we would always understand them and could relate to how they behaved.
So really it's a problem of communication. We don't always show our why and don't see it in others. Somewhere along the way of the feeling originating in ourselves to being felt and understood by others the information gets lost. The information is not being acknowledged in oneself, send, translated, transmitted, delivered or received right.
Imagine if we were completely transparent. Then the communication would be so much easier.
It takes courage to be real. To be authentic and completely open. To be transparent.
And I think it's so worth it.
